"Pure Energy and Rootsy-Blues Sass" -MusicOntario

Madison Galloway is an emerging voice in the Canadian music scene, hailing from small town Fergus, Ontario. Her signature bluesy roots-rock style, hinted by psychedelia, showcases Galloway’s soulful voice, thundering guitar, and wailing harmonica; paired with her authentic stage presence, she’s making a name for herself as a must-see act.

In 2015, Galloway released her debut EP "Who Knows Where", followed by her first full-length album "Moon & Mercury" (2019), earning her a spot as a Blues & Roots Radio International Song Contest 2019 finalist. Currently, the accomplished songstress is working with Juno-nominated producer, Ross Hayes Citrullo, and will be releasing her sophomore album in 2022. Galloway began pursuing her passion for music from a young age. Growing up in rural Ontario, she discovered a love of nature, community, and rock music, which continues to inspire her art today. At age 6, she began classical piano training, eventually advancing through conservatory programs and voraciously delving into the world of music theory and appreciation. However, it wasn’t until she picked up a guitar at age 12 that she discovered her true calling and began pouring out original songs. Inspired by Led Zeppelin and drawing inspiration from her upbringing, current issues, and environmental concerns, she started to shape her signature sound and identity as an artist.

Since, the up-and-coming artist has been consistently turning heads with her high-energy show! With hundreds of performances under her belt, Galloway has played prominent festivals including Mariposa Folk Festival, Riverfest Elora, and RBC Bluesfest, and has shared the stage with renowned artists, 54-40, Ron Hawkins (Lowest of the Low), Tyler Shaw, and Colter Wall.
